February 2009

Feb 9 & 10 - See us at the PETE & C Conference on the 9th and 10th. We will be there with representatives from SMC Networking and Astaro Internet Gateway Products.

Feb 6 - Education and Technology Institute Board Meeting - Bob attended the Private Industry's ETI Board Meeting to discuss previous changes and additions to their program and to talk about their direction in the near future.

Computer Connections has signed an agreements to become a registered partners with Aastra, DLink and Syspine, leaders in providing Microsoft's Response Point VOIP Technology Solutions. See Bob's Blog about our working with Microsoft's Response Point technologies and ask us how this solution can put dollars back in your pocket when you install this great technology solution.

January 2009

Computer Connections has been re-enrolled as a Gold Certified Partner. Each year we have to resubmit our credentials and projects to Microsoft to become certified to this level. We are proud of our Service Organization and Sales Staff that has helped us to achieve this certification.

September/October/November 2008

We started our implementation of Connectwise our new Service Tracking Program. We'll be posting new information on Bob's Tech Blog as the installation progresses. We are very happy with the initial results and you will better responses and better documentation of services as time goes on. Thanks to everyone on the CCI Staff for working so hard in training and passing the implementation testing.

Congratulations Mark for passing your Aruba Networking Certification. This is a wonderful product and is important that we have well trained engineers to support this type of wireless product.

September 2008

Congratulations Ken for passing your Acronis Certified Engineer (ACE) test. We are now a regional service support center for Acronis.

June 2008

Lexmark is moving us up to a higher support level because of the committment we have made with their products. We really like Lexmark and are very happy with their support they are giving us.

Nick and Bob just got back from Baltimore, MD attending the Northern Video Road Show. Very interesting breakout sessions with the vendors. They showed some good insight into some of the things to consider when putting together a video solution. Some strong wireless technology was also shown using Azelia's Mesh product.

Big month for Non-Profit Organizations and School Districts. Don't forget to call us to complete your budget fulfillments.

Scott's Tech Blog

Scott is our head system builder and posts some interesting product reviews that he finds interesting. Not as prolific as Bob, he does put in a lot of detail about the products he writes about.
